Whom have I

"Whom have I in heaven but You? And there is none upon earth that I desire besides You." (‭Psalms‬ ‭73‬:‭25‬ NKJV)

It was my mother's death that brought me back into church. My reasoning was, " Mom's in heaven and I don't want to miss seeing her again!" So I set out to get to heaven!

On the way I discovered God!

I fell in love with the "lover of my soul", but it wasn't until I chose to obey His Word that my relationship with Him was cultivated!  I had tried everything the world had to offer and had nothing to lose. My attitude of "nothing ventured - nothing gained", turned into one of absolute adoration, when I made Him my principal purpose in life!

He is Who I long for, every moment of every day! My heart's desire for eternity!

God used my mother's death to bring me to Him!

I have discovered that if God is not in heaven, then it would be just another name for hell!

"But it is good for me to draw near to God; I have put my trust in the Lord GOD, That I may declare all Your works." (‭Psalms‬ ‭73‬:‭28‬ NKJV)

If you are in pain over the loss of a loved one; draw near to God; and then get closer! Focus on Him in your grief! He will not only sustain you, but He will comfort you with a love that surpasses a mother's love!
He will be the husband you've never known! He will be the Father of the fatherless! He will fill your empty arms! He will be your everything and you will lack nothing! He is peace and He is joy unspeakable!

Let Him be your purpose and know the reason for your life!

Him!

"My flesh and my heart fail; But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever." (‭Psalms‬ ‭73‬:‭26‬ NKJV)

Make Him LORD!!!

Even so - MARANATHA!
From 12/12/15

“I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live; that you may love the LORD your God, that you may obey His voice, and that you may cling to Him, for He is your life and the length of your days; and that you may dwell in the land which the LORD swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give them.”" (‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭30:19-20‬ ‭NKJV‬‬)
